All of our self-defense training classes are held on Saturday mornings and last three to four hours. Typically, our classes are capped at 10-15 participants to ensure that each student receives personal instruction. Each topic we cover is taught thoroughly, demonstrated, and performed. The concepts you’ll master include:

At our fitness center, we offer private instruction to a small number of students in each of our group training classes. We do this to ensure that you always receive the personalized attention you need to maximize your time with us. We believe that the typical martial arts setting takes the wrong approach--for it’s not the belt that matters, it’s the journey to the belt.
