Exercise Rx offers individual instruction to a small number of students in every group training class to ensure you receive the attention you need to maximize your time with us. We believe that the typical martial arts setting takes the wrong approach. It’s not the belt that matters; it’s how you earn it. Each course we offer consists of 2 classes a week for 6 months. Kickboxing and Self-Defense Training Classes

These are held on Saturday mornings and last 3 to 4 hours. Typically, they’re capped at 10-15 participants to ensure each student receives personal instruction. The concepts you’ll master include:

  • Scenario Recognition and Prevention
  • Self-Defense Training at All Levels

  • Standing Defense
  • Weapon Defense

Our kickboxing classes are full-body optimization and fat incineration at its best. You gain private instruction in a small group training class every Tuesday and Thursday. Test your strength and endurance with hybrid workouts that combine martial arts discipline with total body training. Our instructors have more than 25 years of combined experience.
