Effective Results with Interval Training

One of the most significant advantages of a bootcamp workout is that it incorporates a hybrid of HIIT, MIIT, and LIIT, which means you will get effective results while minimizing the chance of injury. By using a combination of these interval training styles, the body will shred fat, build muscle, and avoid plateaus. Durations of the intervals will vary with exercise performed in the daily class workout goal.

Developing Strength

With bootcamp exercises, your body undergoes isometric and isotonic movements which are designed to work your muscle tissue greatly. The circuits that will be used allow for one area of the body to be utilized to max capacity while other areas rest for later in the circuit. By the end of the class you will have completed a total body workout that will leave you tired, yet energized to tackle whatever the day has in store for you. As you continue with the classes, these exercises will start to greatly increase the core strength and stability of your body while also sculpting and shaping your muscles.
